With reference to EU legislation and decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union, critically analyse the extent to which Member States can restrict or prevent the free movement of persons on grounds of public policy or public security.

Logically argued with the integration of appropriate examples with very effective synthesis of the material applying relevant legal terminology and conventions with great care.
Overall demonstrates a full understanding of the subject area written succinctly and lucidly.
