Following are the guidelines for Business Report Writing;

Start your Report with Introduction of your Case.
You have to write report based on a Real Case of Insurance. The case may be Fire Insurance, Vehicle Insurance or Health Insurance. You can select any one of them.
There is no restriction for selection of case.
While writing the report try to apply the following steps to narrate your case.
For each step you have to provide your comment regarding appropriateness or miss handling of situation.
