The student will select a client from their field placement (if possible) as a subject for the paper. If the student is in a macro-setting in field, please speak with the instructor about creating a case student to utilize for paper. Parts of the Paper: Biopsychosocial assessment for the client with particular attention to presenting concerns. Include any symptoms and proposed DSM-5 diagnosis.
