The objective of the paper is for you to present a conceptual framework that could be used to guide research addressing a topic of your choosing. The introduction of the paper presents the topic and an explanation of why this issue is a problem. Data from publications and/or government sites and/or organization sites should be included to support the assertion that the issue is a problem. The critique of research presents a critique of the research articles that you have found that have studied some aspect of this issue. In the concept definitions section, you present the concepts that you feel are best suited to guide research about your topic. This section includes a definition of the concepts within the scope of your topic. These definitions will also include the defining attributes of each concept. This section also includes an explanation of how these concepts are related to each other. In the framework description section, you provide a summary of the concepts and their relationships to each other and explain how these concepts and relationships are related to your topic.
