You are required to write a review of one article assigned for the course. You can choose any of the articles listed in the course syllabus. The review should be no longer than five double-spaced pages 12-point font. The objective of the review is to give you an opportunity to evaluate the ideas presented in terms of content and insights. Your review should include answers to the following questions: (a) What are the main ideas of the article that you find important (insightful relevant practical) in managing people in organizations and why? (b) How would you apply some of these ideas in practice? (c) Based on the ideas presented in the class and in the other readings what are some of the limitations or contradictions in the article?
