My presentation will introduce business ethics. I will define what it means and how it’s applied to the everyday work place. Examples both good and bad will be presented, explained, and dissected to thoroughly show it with common, relatable instances. This will give the audience full insight of the meaning.it’s very important to explain why business ethics are both needed and desired to have a great business environment for employees, employers, and customers. It demonstrates the flow of how the business can be affected and how different factors can affect it.
It will display ideas to improve ethics in the work place. Events, ideas, and programs will implement and encourage positive ethics. It will employers to understand from both the customer’s and employees’ viewpoint. Also, studies will provide evidence of the effects, importance, and relevance to the work place.
