1.By applying relevant methods/theory,critically evaluate the current supply chain operations of the selected organisation. This should include identifying levels if performance with regard to any measure of supply chain performance that you consider relevant/appropriate for your organisation. Where possible, you should include an evaluation of actual current measures of supply chain performance and Assessment methods. If information is not available, you should evaluate what measures/methods should/could be used.

Note: Where is not possible to obtain specific data for analysis(eg. to compile SPC charts) you can are expected to demonstrate your understanding by giving scenario situations -e.g. what poor/good performance might look like.
You must give a sound rationale for your chosen measures of performance, methods and theory used to evaluate the supply chain.

2.From the analysis above ,outline recommendations for improvements to the supply chain operations of your selected organisation. You should give a sound rationale, which should include why the recommendations are important for the improvement of supply chain operations, and discuss/evaluate the impact the changes could have on the measures(I.e. supply chain characteristics)that you are using to assess the performance of your selected supply chain. If recommendations include further application of of improvement methods, detail and depth must be provided.

3.Recommend how quality should be built into supply chain operations of the case company to make sure that it meets the expectations of its customers.

Note: Work should be presented in report format and in a clear and professional manner.Work must be underpinned with integration and analysis of relevant theory and research. You must demonstrate an understanding of how to apply relevant improvement methods and make analysis within the context of supply chain operations.

Word limit should include tables with text.
